This Privacy Policy explains how M.W. Energy Logistics LLC d/b/a MW AIRLIFT™ (“MW AIRLIFT,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and services.
Contact & business information you provide or that appears on a public business listing (name, company, email, phone). Scheduling information when you book through our meetings link. Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). Operational data created in delivering services — aerial imagery and IoT cold-chain telemetry for client sites. Website usage data such as basic analytics.
To provide and improve our services, respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver work, generate reports and compliance documentation, process payments, send relevant business communications, and comply with legal obligations.
We send occasional one-time business introductions to organizations whose contact details are publicly listed. Every commercial message includes our physical address and a way to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing [email protected], and we will not contact you again.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., HubSpot, Stripe, TagoIO, Google Workspace, Dropbox), each under their own terms, or where required by law.
Where we monitor cold-chain storage for healthcare clients, any protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA where applicable, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available before any such engagement.
Cold-chain telemetry is retained up to 7 years (consistent with FDA expectations); aerial imagery is retained approximately 90 days unless a contract requires longer; contact data is retained until you opt out or request deletion.
We use reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and multi-factor authentication on company systems.
