Commercial Fleet — DJI Only

Commercial Drone Inspection Services

High-resolution aerial inspections for the Triangle, Eastern NC, and coastal NC corridor. We use our own DJI commercial fleet for private-sector inspections, kept fully separate from any federal or federally-funded work.

  • Same-Day Reports: Inspection completed and annotated PDF report delivered within 24 hours — standard, not a premium
  • 4K Imaging: High-resolution photography and video documentation for comprehensive structural analysis (thermal imaging on our roadmap)
  • Insurance-Ready Documentation: Adjuster-formatted packages designed specifically for storm damage claims and insurance underwriting
  • Referral Program — two tracks: Contractor track: refer a contractor who becomes a paying client — 15% off your next 3 inspections. Give $25, Get $25: refer a neighbor or business — when their first paid job completes, they get $25 off it and you get $25 off your next service (one credit per referred client, not combinable with other discounts)
  • Solar (Visual): Pre-install site & roof assessments and array / construction-progress documentation for installers and owners — visual only, not thermal/IR, not a licensed survey
  • Portfolio Contracts: Property management firms and HOA communities receive quarterly cadence pricing and dedicated scheduling

Verified Chain of Custody — Tamper-Evident Aerial Evidence

Every image MW AIRLIFT delivers is cryptographically sealed at the mission. A digital fingerprint (SHA-256SHA-256 is a standard cryptographic hash — it turns any file into a unique 64-character fingerprint. Change a single pixel and the fingerprint changes completely, so the image can’t be altered without breaking the seal.) of each frame is computed on site, locked into a published mission manifest, and anchored to a QR code printed on your report. Anyone holding the file — an adjuster, an attorney, an underwriter — can confirm in seconds that it is bit-for-bit identical to what the drone captured. Any edit, re-save, or re-compression fails verification by design.

  • Scan & verify: the QR on every report opens the mission's verification page with the record pre-loaded — no account, no software, no cost
  • Private by design: your files are checked locally in the browser and never uploaded; manifests contain hashes and mission facts only, never client-identifying details
  • Sealed at capture: frames are fingerprinted on site, minutes after the flight — a documented chain of custody from rooftop to report
  • Built for claims: gives adjusters and legal teams independent, technical assurance that storm-damage and inspection evidence is unaltered

Verified Chain of Custody is MW AIRLIFT’s evidence-integrity standard — part of the AIRWORKS platform, alongside Mission Control (live mission and pipeline command) and Flight Deck (on-site mission execution). One unified platform runs every mission we fly — commercial and federal alike, so the same standards and the same sealed chain of custody apply whether it’s a private storm-damage inspection or federal-ready logistics.

Verify Mission Evidence Ask a Question

How It Works

  • 1 — Capture: the mission is flown and frames are recorded per our FAA Part 107 procedures
  • 2 — Seal: each frame's SHA-256 fingerprint is computed on site and locked into a sealed mission manifest
  • 3 — Publish: the manifest is published to mwairlift.com/verify/ — the permanent record for that mission
  • 4 — Verify: scan the QR on the report (or enter the Mission ID), drop the file you received, and get a VERIFIED / NOT VERIFIED result instantly

Who It's For

  • Insurance adjusters validating storm-damage claims
  • Attorneys and expert witnesses needing evidentiary integrity
  • Property managers documenting condition over time
  • Anyone who needs proof the image they hold is the image we captured
Cold-Chain Monitoring

Real-Time Temperature & Environmental Monitoring

Always-on temperature monitoring (IoT sensors) for vaccines, medications, and other temperature-sensitive supplies — installed and managed by us. Powered by AI-driven analytics, it delivers automated anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and VFCVFC is the CDC’s Vaccines for Children program. NDAA Drone Ops

NDAA-Compliant Federal Drone Logistics

All federal and federally-funded operations use NDAA-compliant aircraft exclusively. No DJI. No covered foreign entity equipment. Never. This is not a preference — it is a permanent operational policy enforced through a dual-fleet firewall — physical fleet separation, separate flight logs, an internal Insurance & Fleet Coverage Policy, and separate P&L accounts.

  • Federal Fleet: Parrot ANAFI USA GOV (primary) and Skydio X10 — both NDAA Section 848-compliant

Service FAQs

Specifics on Pricing, Timing, & Compliance

Quick answers to the questions clients ask most often before booking a service or signing a contract.

What's included in the 60-day free IoT pilot for healthcare clients?

At no cost to your clinic, MW AIRLIFT™ provides:

  • On-site installation of temperature and cold-chain monitoring sensors
  • White-labeled real-time dashboard configured for your facility
  • 24/7 automated alerts via SMS and email within 90 seconds of any temperature excursion
  • One VFC-ready monthly audit report formatted for NC DHHS compliance
  • End-of-pilot review call to demonstrate the value before any conversion to paid service

Your team contributes zero IT support. We handle hardware, software, and reporting end-to-end.

How fast does the temperature alert system respond?

Within 90 seconds of a temperature excursion, MW AIRLIFT™'s monitoring system sends automated alerts to your designated contacts via SMS and email. The system runs continuously — including overnight, weekends, and holidays — so vaccine and medication losses are caught and resolved before they become irreversible. Most rural clinics that experience a refrigerator failure overnight don't discover it until morning. Our system catches it in real time.

What is GDP-compliant cold-chain delivery?

Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is the pharmaceutical industry standard for handling temperature-sensitive medical supplies — vaccines, biologics, controlled substances, and specialty medications. MW AIRLIFT™'s cold-chain delivery follows GDP requirements: validated insulated containers, continuous in-transit temperature logging, documented chain of custody, signed handoff at delivery, and audit-ready records retained for 7 years (the FDA standard).

What does a VFC-ready monthly report include?

The Vaccines for Children (VFC) program requires monthly cold-chain compliance documentation. MW AIRLIFT™'s monthly report is pre-formatted to NC DHHS audit standards and includes: continuous temperature logs for all monitored units, every alert event with timestamp and resolution time, equipment calibration records, anomaly summaries, and a signed compliance attestation. Clinics use the report directly in their VFC audits — no reformatting required.

What is an 8(a) sole-source contract, and how does MW AIRLIFT™'s certification benefit federal agencies?

Through the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program, federal agencies can award contracts up to $4.5 million for services to certified 8(a) businesses without going through competitive bidding. This is called a sole-source award. For agencies, it means engaging MW AIRLIFT™ directly for drone logistics, inspection, or IoT monitoring work and completing procurement in weeks rather than months. We provide procurement officers with sole-source justification packets, NDAA compliance documentation, and capability statements on request within 24 hours.

How much does a roof inspection cost?

Pricing is transparent and posted in advance:

  • Residential roof inspection: $175–$250 — typically delivered same day, includes 40+ aerial images and an annotated PDF report
  • Commercial roof inspection: $350–$550 — delivered within 24 hours, includes detailed overlay map and adjuster-ready format
  • Storm damage documentation: $225–$400 — same-day delivery with insurance claim package
  • Before/after documentation: $300–$500 — pre-job and post-job pair with side-by-side PDF report
  • Quarterly property survey (retainer): $250 per property per quarter — 3-month minimum, portfolio discounts available

Volume discounts and recurring contractor agreements are available. Contact us for a written quote.

How fast do you deliver inspection reports?

Standard 4K annotated reports are delivered within 24 hours of the flight. Storm damage and insurance claim packages can be delivered the same day for urgent claims. All reports include high-resolution geotagged imagery, annotated damage callouts, side-by-side comparison shots where applicable, and a written summary in adjuster-ready PDF format compatible with all major insurance claims systems.

What's the difference between MW AIRLIFT™'s federal fleet and commercial fleet?

MW AIRLIFT™ maintains two fully separated fleets under a written compliance firewall:

  • Federal Fleet (NDAA-compliant, planned) — Parrot ANAFI USA GOV (primary) and Skydio X10, reserved exclusively for federal contracts, federally-funded state and local work, FEMA subcontracts, and any engagement that touches federal dollars.
  • Commercial Fleet (private sector only) — DJI Mavic. Used exclusively for purely private-sector inspections (roofing contractors, property managers, home inspectors, insurance restoration). Never used on any federally-funded job — no exceptions.

This separation is enforced by separate flight logs, separate accounting ledgers, an internal Insurance & Fleet Coverage Policy, and a mandatory pre-dispatch job intake form that confirms federal funding status before any DJI flight, with compliance reviewed on a quarterly audit cadence.

Can MW AIRLIFT™ handle insurance claim documentation?

Yes. Our storm damage and pre/post documentation packages are formatted specifically for insurance adjusters. Reports include geotagged imagery, annotated damage callouts, before/after comparisons where applicable, and a written summary suitable for claim files. We work directly with restoration contractors, public adjusters, property owners, and HOAs. Same-day delivery is available for urgent claims following a storm event.

Do you offer recurring inspection contracts?

Yes. Property managers, HOAs, and commercial real estate firms can sign quarterly portfolio survey contracts with discounted per-property pricing. Roofing contractors can establish referral or volume-discount agreements — refer one contractor who becomes a paying client and your next three inspections are discounted 15%. Healthcare clients sign month-to-month or annual IoT monitoring contracts after the 60-day free pilot. All recurring agreements are billed monthly or quarterly via secure invoice.

Can MW AIRLIFT™ fly beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS)?

MW AIRLIFT™ currently operates under standard FAA Part 107 visual-line-of-sight rules. We are preparing a BVLOS waiver application for filing in Year 2 with the FAA. BVLOS approval will expand our delivery range significantly and enable autonomous remote operations from Skydio Dock stations. We anticipate BVLOS capability becoming active in Year 2 of operations. In the meantime, all flight planning is engineered around visual-line-of-sight execution paired with ground-vehicle delivery for longer cold-chain routes.

Does MW AIRLIFT™ offer thermal imaging? (planned 2026)

Thermal imaging is a planned 2026 capability. Once our NDAA-compliant federal fleet is acquired and equipped, thermal surveys will support solar panel efficiency assessments, building-envelope surveys, infrastructure heat-loss inspections, and search-and-rescue support, with calibrated temperature overlays and anomaly identification. Contact us to be notified when it becomes available.
