Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of mwairlift.com and our aerial documentation, IoT monitoring, and logistics services.

Effective date: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mwairlift.com and the services provided by M.W. Energy Logistics LLC d/b/a MW AIRLIFT™ (“MW AIRLIFT,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Scope

Services provided by MW AIRLIFT consist of visual (and, where contracted, thermal) aerial documentation of observable, accessible exterior conditions captured by unmanned aircraft under FAA Part 107. The deliverables are documentation and imagery only and do not constitute a licensed home or building inspection, a structural or engineering evaluation, a warranty or guarantee of roof condition or remaining service life, or any certification. You should engage a licensed inspector, contractor, or Professional Engineer for any determination requiring licensure or certification.

2. Reliance & No Guarantee

Reports reflect conditions observable at the date and time of capture and from the aerial vantage only; areas not visible from the air are not assessed. MW AIRLIFT makes no representation that all defects have been identified and shall not be liable for conditions not reasonably observable by aerial documentation.

3. Independence

MW AIRLIFT does not perform repairs and has no financial interest in any repair recommendation, preserving the independence of its documentation.

4. Insurance

MW AIRLIFT maintains $1M general liability coverage. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request, and clients may be added as Additional Insured by endorsement where a contract requires it. All operations are conducted under FAA Part 107.

5. Payments & Invoicing

Invoices are issued through our payment processor (Stripe) and are payable per the terms stated on each invoice. Card and ACH payments are accepted. Specific project pricing is set out in the applicable proposal, rate card, or signed agreement.

6. Governing Agreement

Specific client engagements are governed by the signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and any statement of work between the parties. Where these Terms conflict with a signed MSA, the MSA controls for that engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

The MW AIRLIFT™ name, logo, tagline, website content, and report templates are the property of M.W. Energy Logistics LLC. Imagery and reports delivered to a client are licensed to that client for their stated business purpose.

8. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use any content in a manner that infringes our rights or applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MW AIRLIFT’s total liability arising from the website or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. MW AIRLIFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
