Land & Site Intelligence

See the whole site at once — systematic nadir and oblique coverage, visual stitched orthomosaic imagery, and 3D models (not survey-grade) that put a full property on one screen for planning, due diligence, and documentation.

Custom Scope

One flight, a complete picture of the property

Site intelligence packages combine systematic top-down (nadir) passes with oblique context imagery across an entire parcel — then optionally stitch them into a visual orthomosaic map or 3D model (not survey-grade; measured versions offered only where permitted by state surveying law (pending legal clearance in NC, GS 89C)). Developers use it for pre-construction planning, buyers use it for due diligence, and owners use it as the master visual record of a site. Every capture is geotagged and timestamped.

  • Full-parcel coverage: systematic flight lines, not a handful of snapshots
  • Orthomosaic & 3D add-ons: visual stitched top-down maps and interactive models (+$150–$300) — not survey-grade
  • Planning-grade context: access routes, drainage patterns, roof inventory, laydown areas — visible at once
  • Due-diligence ready: dated visual record for acquisitions, leases, and boundary-adjacent disputes

FAQs

Questions Clients Ask

Is aerial site documentation the same as a land survey?

No. MW AIRLIFT™ imagery and maps are visual and planning-grade, positioned by standard onboard GPS — they do not constitute a land survey under N.C. Gen. Stat. Chapter 89C, and no property boundaries or precise legal dimensions are represented. For boundary or engineering-grade work, a licensed NC Professional Land Surveyor is the right call — our imagery pairs well alongside their work.

What does site intelligence cost?

Acreage-based: $125 for 1–3 acres, $150 for 4–7, $200 for 8–10, and $225 plus $6 per acre over 10 up to 40 acres; 40+ acre sites are custom-quoted from $400. Booking alongside any inspection drops the aerials to a $75 same-visit rate (parcels up to 3 acres), or the Property Baseline Bundle covers both at $250 flat. Visual orthomosaic imagery and 3D models (not survey-grade) add $150–$300; measured/georeferenced versions are offered only where permitted by state surveying law (pending legal clearance in NC, GS 89C). Email the parcel address and your goal for a fixed written quote.

What do developers and buyers use this for?

Pre-construction planning, site logistics, acquisition due diligence, condition-of-record before closing, marketing imagery, and documenting adjacent conditions before nearby construction begins.

Can you map large or multi-building sites?

Yes — systematic flight-line coverage scales from a single commercial parcel to campuses and multi-building portfolios, with consistent overlap for clean stitching.

Which areas do you serve?

Raleigh, the Triangle, and sites across North Carolina under FAA Part 107, including controlled-airspace locations via LAANC authorization where required.
