A single overnight refrigerator failure can ruin thousands of dollars of vaccines — and most rural clinics don’t discover it until morning. MW AIRLIFT™’s monitoring catches it in real time and alerts your team within 15 minutes of a confirmed excursion, so the problem gets fixed before product is lost. It is the most affordable insurance a clinic can carry.
Everything below is what we would walk you through on a call. Read it first and the call gets shorter.
Five steps, one visit. Your staff keeps working through it.
A real excursion, told in clock time. This is the documented sample event from our compliance report.
Manual twice-daily checks would have found this at the next check, hours later, with no record of how high it went or for how long. Sample event — fictitious data shown for illustration.
That is the whole list. No IT project, no server, no software for your staff to learn.
We are an independent monitoring provider. Being straight about this line is why our reports hold up when an auditor asks.
Still have a question? Book a 15-minute call — or send it to [email protected] and we will answer in writing.
Answer an alert. That is the whole job. There is no daily logging task, no dashboard anyone has to open (a live monitoring dashboard is included if you want it — nothing requires it), and no software for staff to learn. The monthly compliance report arrives as a PDF by email.
No. The loggers run on their own connectivity path by default, so nothing is added to your clinical network and no firewall change is requested. If your policy requires review, we will give your IT contact the device details in writing before install.
No. The equipment records temperature and device telemetry only — no patient information is collected, stored, or transmitted. A business associate agreement is not required for the service as described, and we will sign one on request if your policies call for it.
The logger keeps recording locally and backfills when the connection returns, so the compliance record has no gaps. We also monitor for silence — a logger that stops reporting raises its own alert, because a sensor that has gone quiet is exactly when you need to know.
Often yes, and you may not need to buy anything. VFC already requires a calibrated logger in each unit, so most clinics have hardware — what they usually lack is alerting that reaches a person, calibration tracking, and a report that is ready when an auditor asks. Where your existing device is supported we run our service on it at the service-only rate, and no new equipment is installed.
You are, and we are careful to say so. MW AIRLIFT™ is an independent monitoring provider — we document conditions and deliver alerts. Your CDC and state VFC obligations remain yours, and final viability decisions rest with you, the manufacturer, and your state immunization program. Our alerting depends on power, connectivity and carrier delivery, so we do not present it as a guarantee.
With equipment supplied by us: $600/year per unit ($50/month) plus a one-time $349 installation and activation fee; multi-unit is $1,200/year covering two units, +$450/year each additional. On your own supported logger: $540/year per unit ($45/month) plus a $149 activation fee. Agreements run 12 months. The pilot itself converts to nothing automatically — if you do nothing at day 60, we collect the equipment and you owe us nothing.
Cold-chain monitoring places wireless temperature sensors in your vaccine and medication refrigerators and freezers. The system records temperatures continuously and sends an instant alert the moment a unit drifts out of the safe range — so a failure is caught and fixed before product is lost, not discovered the next morning.
At no cost, MW AIRLIFT™ installs the sensors, configures a real-time dashboard for your facility, sets up 24/7 email alerts, and delivers one monthly excursion report formatted to support your VFC and NC DHHS documentation. If you don’t see the value by day 60, we remove the hardware — no obligation.
Alerts are sent to your designated contacts within 15 minutes of a confirmed temperature excursion, by email, 24/7 — including overnight, weekends, and holidays. That window is the difference between catching a failing fridge and losing an inventory of vaccines.
Yes. The monthly report is pre-formatted to VFC and NC DHHS audit standards and includes continuous temperature logs, every alert with timestamp and resolution, calibration records, and a signed compliance attestation — usable directly in your audit with no reformatting.
Standard monitoring is $50/month per unit ($600/year); multi-unit sites are $1,200/year for two units ($100/month), plus $450/year for each additional unit. A one-time $349 installation and activation fee applies to single-unit sites (12-month minimum, auto-renew); installation & activation is included for every unit on multi-unit sites — the $349 install fee is waived. The first 60 days are free. The dashboard is our own platform — your data never passes through a third-party service.
