When MW AIRLIFT Becomes an Asset

Nine situations where our documentation is the file your board, adjuster, court or auditor is going to open.

Every mission we fly is built for one moment: the moment somebody who was not there has to make a decision from the record. These are the nine situations that trigger the call — and the assets we bring that make the file usable when it lands.

🌪️

When a storm hits and the claim file needs to open fast

Hail, wind, or severe weather has just moved through. The carrier will want proof of loss with a defensible date, and every hour that passes weakens the record.

AssetA Part 107 pilot on call in the Triangle, flying same day within the operating window and delivering an adjuster-formatted report inside 24 hours.
DeliveryStorm, Wind & Hail Damage Report — dated capture, tiered findings, sealed manifest.
ValueThe claim opens on evidence, not argument. The carrier gets a file they can process; you keep the timeline on your side.
📋

When the board wants proof behind a capital request

Your board is voting on a reserve draw, a capital assessment, or a stormwater repair. They want to see something more than a photograph the vendor took.

AssetAn independent dated aerial record of common areas — stormwater controls, amenity buildings, common turf — with a chain-of-custody a board can defend.
DeliveryHOA Common-Area Survey — common areas only, no dwellings, frames composed so individual homes are not the subject.
ValueThe vote has evidence behind it. The reserve study has a dated baseline. Owners see a document, not a claim.
🏗️

When the next lift is about to cover the work

Geogrid, base, drainage structures, headwalls, rip-rap — the layer that stops being evidenceable once the next lift is placed. The pay application will need the record.

AssetNear-nadir capture flown to repeatable positions, so this visit compares directly against the next and the record survives cover.
DeliverySitework Progress Report — pre-cover evidence set, structures photographed from directly overhead before backfill.
ValueQuantities stay defensible after cover. The engineer of record has the frames they need. Nothing has to be argued about the angle.
🛡️

When renewal wants a dated pre-loss record

Property or portfolio renewal is coming. The carrier will value a dated pre-loss baseline more than any post-loss reconstruction — and next year’s condition needs a defensible starting point.

AssetRepeatable flight positions — the same angles at each visit, so year-over-year change is visible instead of argued.
DeliveryProperty & Building Condition report — roof, exterior and grounds captured on one dated pass.
ValueA dated pre-loss record with independently verifiable integrity. Renewal conversations start with a document, not a description.
⚖️

When counsel needs capture that stands up to cross

Litigation is coming — or already here. Counsel or the forensic team needs a record that survives evidentiary scrutiny, worked under the CONOPS you already run.

AssetNDAA-capable Part 107 operator under counsel’s chain-of-custody. Every file SHA-256 fingerprinted at the mission and sealed into a signed manifest.
DeliveryLegal / forensic capture package with Verified Chain of Custody — verification runs in the receiver’s browser, no upload, no account.
ValueA record that opposing counsel cannot dismiss as a vendor photo. Provenance is provable without you being in the room.
🧪

When VFC audit day arrives and the paperwork must be clean

Your FQHC, county health department, or clinic is subject to monthly cold-chain compliance. The auditor will want a record that lines up with the paper VFC log they already accept.

AssetContinuous LoRaWAN temperature logging with transient-vs-excursion classification, daily min/max computed on your clinic day and timezone.
DeliveryMonthly Cold-Chain Compliance Record — hashed on arrival, sealed at month-end, independently verifiable.
ValueNothing to reformat. Nothing smoothed or gap-filled. A gap in the line is reported as a gap — which is what an auditor trusts.
🗺️

When land is under contract and you need to know what’s really there

Parcel is under contract or option. Before the engineer of record is engaged and before assumptions harden, you need dated evidence of extent, access and drainage.

AssetOverall extent, access, drainage and erosion controls captured as they are, from repeatable positions that return well at the next visit.
DeliveryLand & Site Intelligence report — property documentation, not a survey. Boundaries as visible from the air; findings are observations, not determinations.
ValueDue-diligence evidence before the surveyor and engineer land. A dated baseline the whole deal team can work from.
🇺🇸

When a federal SOW says NDAA-only

A federal buyer, state agency or DoD prime needs aerial capture on an NDAA-compliant fleet, under a small-business or minority-owned vendor. The clock is on the SOW.

AssetParrot ANAFI USA GOV primary fleet, Skydio X10 secondary, dual-fleet firewall separating federal from commercial work. SAM.gov active — UEI UDL1T5XAFXC6, CAGE 20J80. NCDOT SBE and SPSF certified.
DeliveryAny documentation service on this page, delivered on the federal side of the firewall.
ValueAn in-scope operator without a national-scale prime in the middle. Small-business and minority-owned goals move at the same time as the SOW.
🚨

When your county needs the capability ready before the incident

Emergency management doesn’t wait for a procurement cycle when an event hits. You need a certified pilot and drone-enabled documentation on call when the EOC opens.

AssetAn annual EOC retainer — quarterly preparedness briefings, priority response window when an incident is declared, FEMA-eligible deliverables.
DeliveryRapid post-event documentation, connected-sensor situational awareness, recovery-file capture supporting FEMA EMPG and HMGP.
ValueCapability turns on when you declare and off when you don’t. No standing headcount cost; no scramble to source a compliant operator mid-event.
The common thread

Every one of the nine ships with the Verified Chain of Custody

Every image, video and report in a MW AIRLIFT deliverable is SHA-256 fingerprinted at the mission and sealed into a signed, published manifest recording GPS position, capture time, pilot certification, aircraft and custody events. Your recipient scans the QR code or opens mwairlift.com/verify, drops in the file they received, and the check runs in their own browser — no upload, no account. The reason each use case above works: the file that reaches your board, adjuster, court or auditor arrives with its integrity already provable.
