No. It is visual documentation only. We do not represent measured quantities, areas, boundaries or acreage, because North Carolina treats those as land surveying under N.C. Gen. Stat. Chapter 89C. Where a project needs survey-grade output we will say so and point you to a licensed surveyor — our imagery sits alongside their work rather than replacing it.
Anyone you send it to. Every page carries a code the general contractor, the owner or their counsel can scan, confirming the images and dates are unchanged since capture — in their own browser, with no account and no software. A re-saved or re-compressed copy will not match.
Whoever engages us, and nobody else. The record goes to our client, and we do not approach anyone else about the job. We also do not build, quote or bid any of the work we document, so we are never on both sides of it.
Yes. Flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 with $1M liability coverage, LAANC authorization where the airspace requires it, and a site safety assessment before launch. We work around your sequence rather than the other way round.
