Drone Roof & Solar Measurement Reports in Raleigh, NC

Same-day, drone-accurate measurements you can build a bid on — exact area, squares, pitch per facet, a facet diagram, and a material take-off, plus current condition photos in the same file. We fly the actual roof the day you need it, and you keep the imagery.

Stop waiting on a satellite report

Satellite and aerial-data reports are built from imagery that can be months — even years — out of date, and they show you none of the roof’s current condition. A drone flies the real roof the day you need it, capturing precise measurements and current 4K photos together. One visit, one file — faster than ordering a report and far more current.

FAQs

Questions Clients Ask

How much does a drone roof measurement report cost?

A residential roof measurement report starts at $125 (complex or large roofs up to $165). Commercial and multi-section buildings start at $275, and a solar pre-install measurement is $149. Adding a measurement to an inspection you’ve already booked is an extra $60. Roofers ordering 8 or more per month get 10% off residential and 15% off commercial reports.

How is this different from a satellite report like EagleView?

Satellite and aerial-data reports are generated from imagery that can be months or years old, with no current photos of the roof. We fly the actual roof the day you need it, so the measurements reflect today’s conditions — and you get current 4K condition photos in the same file. You also keep the imagery.

What’s included in the report?

Total roof area and squares, pitch per facet, ridge / hip / valley / eave lengths, a labeled facet diagram, a contractor-ready material take-off, and current 4K condition photos — delivered as a PDF the same day to within 24 hours.

Do you measure for solar installs?

Yes. A $149 solar pre-install measurement gives installers accurate roof planes, pitch, and usable area for layout and proposals. This is a visual measurement service; thermal and infrared array scanning is planned for a later phase.
