Same-day aerial photography and videography of your roof or solar site — 40+ annotated 4K images covering every facet and plane, current-condition close-ups, and an adjuster-ready PDF in the same file. We fly the actual roof the day you need it, and you keep the imagery. We document — we don’t inspect, and we never sell repairs — so the record stays independent.
Request Aerial DocumentationSatellite reports are built from imagery that can be months — even years — out of date, and they show you none of the roof’s current condition. A drone flies the real roof the day you need it, capturing current, full-coverage 4K photography of every facet and plane. One visit, one file — faster than ordering a report and far more current.
Need dimensions or take-offs? Measured and georeferenced deliverables (areas, lengths, orthomosaics, dimensioned models) are offered only where and as permitted by state surveying law, and are pending legal clearance in North Carolina (NC GS 89C). Ask us for current availability.
Tell us the property and whether you need roof or solar-site documentation. We confirm scheduling and a flat-rate quote.
An FAA Part 107 pilot captures full-coverage 4K imagery on-site — usually in under an hour.
Annotated overview and close-up photography of every facet, delivered as an adjuster-ready PDF within 24 hours (same day when you need it) — full-resolution imagery yours to keep.
Residential roof documentation is $175–$250 and includes 40+ annotated 4K images delivered same-day as a PDF. Commercial and multi-section buildings run $350–$550, storm and hail documentation is $225–$400 with 2–4 hour turnaround, before/after job documentation is $300–$500, and land & property aerial photo sets start at $125.
Satellite reports are generated from imagery that can be months or years old, with no current photos of the roof. We fly the actual roof the day you need it, so every image reflects today’s condition — additions, storm damage, wear, and changes a stale satellite pass misses. You also keep the imagery.
Full-coverage aerial photography of the roof: overview shots, every facet, close-ups of any damage or wear, annotated callouts, and an adjuster-ready PDF — delivered the same day to within 24 hours. Full-resolution imagery comes through a secure password-protected portal and is yours to keep.
Yes. We capture high-resolution imagery of roof planes, orientation, shading, and obstructions that your design team can work from in its own layout tools. Measured deliverables (areas, lengths, dimensioned models) are offered only where permitted by state surveying law and are pending legal clearance in North Carolina (NC GS 89C). Thermal and infrared array scanning is planned for a later phase.
No — and that’s by design. MW AIRLIFT™ provides visual aerial documentation of observable, accessible exterior conditions, captured by an FAA Part 107 remote pilot. Deliverables are documentation and imagery only and do not constitute a licensed home or building inspection, a structural or engineering evaluation, a land survey, or any certification. We never sell roofing or repairs and have no financial interest in any repair recommendation — so the record stays independent. Engage a licensed inspector, contractor, engineer, or surveyor for any determination requiring licensure.
